Sonesta Hotel Cali

Good hotel with a good breakfast, vary a little from day to day with things you expect but there is a great variety. I was in a very high room without noise problems. good kitchen and room service was very good in quality and time.

The taps in general seem to be from some time ago. The mini bar is good but they didn't replace it very quickly. Cali being so hot you miss having more water on hand. Leave aside a beaten up beer, maybe they could be more attentive with the minibar.although it has a pool and is very nice it is very small, it is relatively bigger than the jacuzzi. I was with a child and did not access the jacuzzi because it is rather with couples in another subject, but this does not depend on the hotel actually.the gym area is very good and clean although you can not use it much.the kitchen was fine although in one of my dishes they forgot a companion, but no major problem for me.

That the bathroom has a bathtub and if a customer has problems with his legs, I do not know how to clean up, we took an additional night adding another person, report from the day we arrived, then I returned to say the next day to tell me how much was the value I should pay for the room for three people, two people at the reception who attended me said that the day the person will arrive to report to make the check new mind, day I touched one of those who had attended me before, He pretended not to know anything and he didn't remember either, room for that day was more expensive than the previous two days, I claimed him and said that this was the value and nothing could be done, I had to pay more than what we had been told initially, when we did the checauk we informed the one on duty at the reception to speed up the departure while we were having breakfast. He said that if, we returned he had not done anything and gave orders to another colleague to do so and he was not doing anything, we were a little late, since we were eager to leave. prices of the meals in the restaurant are very high. On the day the additional person came in, they did not put the mat in the bathroom or the towel in the extra room, we suppose that the receptionists did not inform the staff in charge.

The location is great, rooms are OK, the terrace is nice. The price is not bad.

The restaurant is not very good. The buffet they offer is very limited and overpriced.

Everiting are good just in the pool area and spa no one the in my stay

Please PANCAKES OR WAFFLES or BACON. BUT AT LEAST THEY HAD GREAT PINEAPPLES AND ZUCARITAS

I needed to add a night but hotel was sold out

All was very good, clean, comfortable etc and the staff were really nice.

The hotel is safe with responsive staff, breakfast is excellent, decent location right opposite Subway.

Very spacious bedroom, well equipped gym, complementary Turkish hammam, good breakfast and very good service all together.

What I like the most was the location of the hotel is nice and secured and the staff is excellent

The spacious Junior Suite featured a large bed and electronic safe. The attentive staff made a noticeable difference, especially Leonardo, who consistently offered amazing service. There was a slow internet speed, and my lunch was less satisfying than hoped for.
